Learning Through Experience
From herbal first aid and medicine making to seasonal rituals, each workshop is designed to be lived, not just learned. I have hosted gatherings in Manuel Antonio and Monteverde, Costa Rica, creating spaces where knowledge is shared through direct experience and connection.

In the mountains of Santa Eulalia, Peru, my apothecary cabin and medicinal garden will host a plant pilgrimage, an immersive journey into ancestral herbalism. In Costa Rica, my Healing with Horses retreats bring together equine therapy, herbal practices, and grounded methods of healing.
Each space is different, but the intention is the same: to reconnect, to learn, and to remember.
