About Me

I’m a Peruvian-American herbalist, writer, and student of Clinical Herbalism and Equine Therapy, living on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. I live and work closely with the land, surrounded by plants and a herd of horses, exploring what it means to heal in relationship with nature.

A Life Rooted in Nature

My path began early, traveling and working in environmental spaces, speaking at global summits, and learning about the world from a young age.

Over time, that outward work became more inward. I found myself drawn back to the land, to plants, and to a quieter, more intentional way of living.

Today, my work is grounded in that return, to nature, to the body, and to a deeper way of listening.

Writing, Work, and the
In-Between

Alongside herbalism, I am a writer and work in SEO and marketing, bridging the analytical and the intuitive. I also manage Mantraraya Boutique, a bohemian space in Costa Rica shaped by travel, craftsmanship, and story.

Everything I do, whether through plants, writing, or business, is part of the same intention: to create spaces that feel meaningful, connected, and alive.
